The JIG is a 3/0 VMC Aberdeen Jig Hook with 1/8oz or 1/4oz lead.  It comes in a 3 pack.   Use The JIG to turn your favorite soft plastic into a hover rig! 
Just thread the bait onto The JIG approximately a quarter inch behind the nose of the bait, then bury the tip of The JIG into the nose section of the bait to lock it in.  
The 1/8oz is best to pair with the unRIGged baits, while the 1/4oz is best paired with craws or creature baits.
My favorite bait types to use The JIG on are craws, creature, soft jerkbaits and flat worm type baits.  Tight lines!
